Our client, a mentally challenged homeless man, spent 400+ days in St. Louis City jail for a crime he did not commit. We took the case pro bono and fought in court for old records of previous false accusations his accuser had made. Her records proved she had hallucinations and delusions. With this evidence we won a dismissal.
