Experience

Before joining Gianaris Trial Lawyers, Suvir was a partner at two national law firms, where he represented hundreds of workers and victims in catastrophic injury and exposure cases, resulting in several hundred million dollars in settlements and verdicts. At both firms, he consistently ranked in the top two for settlements and verdicts.

Suvir also served as the Executive Director of a technology non-profit, using technical software and systems engineering to uplift underserved communities in the greater St. Louis area. He led brand development, coordinated community partnerships and outreach strategies, managed staff and contract employees, and acted as the liaison between the non-profit and its technology and business partners.

In January 2023, Suvir returned to law, working alongside Gianaris Trial Lawyers on toxic exposure cases. He continues to zealously represent working-class people and their families, particularly those employed by railroads, industrial, and manufacturing companies, and other sites where workers are exposed to carcinogens and dangerous products.

Suvir is passionate about volunteering and helping underserved communities. He despises bullies and enjoys helping underdogs find justice and hold bad actors accountable. He serves as board chair for a charter school foundation in North St. Louis and an organization aimed at ending homelessness in St. Louis. He is also a board member of the St. Louis Library Foundation and has previously served on boards for The United Way and The Wyman Center. Suvir was named the 2020 Man of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of St. Louis. These experiences enable him to personally connect with, empathize with, and relate to his clients.

Suvir graduated from William Jewell College as a scholar-athlete and member of the men’s basketball team. He earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 2007.

In his free time, Suvir loves spending time with his wife and two boys, along with their sometimes stubborn but mostly nice bulldog, Rip. He enjoys meeting new and interesting people over good conversation, good food, and a beer. And he really loves playing pranks on unsuspecting friends.
